Yes, it is true!

My son was Jason Castro for Halloween. His good friend dressed up as Dorothy so he could play his ukelele and sing Somewhere Over The Rainbow to her.

There are no turkeys in our class

Our family project for November was disguising a turkey so the farmer can't find him.

We have some very creative families. If you get a chance take a stroll down the kinder hallway and see all our turkeys in disguise.

What scares us!

We had fun making a class book about what scares us.

Puppies on Parade!

Congratulations Kindergarten

Here is our "winning " poster for the Walk-a-thon! We won the most creative poster contest. Kindergarten will have a cupcake celebration!

We love a parade!

We had a great time on Friday, Oct. 24th. We had our annual walk-a-thon to raise money for our school. It was a huge success. We dressed like puppies for the parade. Here are some pictures of us getting ready for the parade.

Creative Spiders

We learned lots of cool stuff about spiders. We created our own spider. We wrote about our spider creations.

How many spiders tall are you?

This friend is 7 spiders tall. We are going to see how many pumpkins tall we are this week. We are looking forward to our field trip to the pumpkin patch.

Game Day Friday

We enjoy taking some time on Fridays to play games. We learn how to share, take turns and that games are for fun, it does not matter who wins. We are all good sports. Pretty,Pretty Princess,
Hi-Ho Cherry-O,Chutes and Ladders and Candy Land are a few of our favorites.

Thumbprint Puppies

We made dalmatian counting books. We had fun using our thumbprints to make spot on the puppies.
