My name Kristi Routen. Welcome to my Kindergarten class blog. This picture was taken on our family vacation this summer in North Carolina. My husband (Dan) and I have been married for almost 13 years. We have two boys- Conner is in 4th grade and Carson is a 1st grader. We have a dog named Carley. As a family we enjoy attending church, going to football games, movies, shopping and eating out at our favorite restaurants with our friends. We spend most of our Saturdays watching the boys play football. Dan coaches Conner's team.
This is my 13th year to teach. I love Kindergarteners! It is such a joy to teach the young ones how to become students. It is my duty as a Kindergarten teacher to not only teach them academics, but also how to get along with others. Our class motto is "Treat others the way you would like to be treated."
